PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. I PAID APPROXIMATLY 700 DOLLARS FOR TWO LACE WIGS. (I SHOULD HAVE BEEN SKEPTIC THAT THE WIGS WERE SO CHEAP, BUT I THOUGHT I WAS GETTING A DEAL) IN MID SEPTEMBER OF 07, SHE PROMISED SHE HAVE THEM IN THREE DAYS. TIME WAS ESSENTIAL BECAUSE I NEEDED THE HAIR FOR THE BIRTHDAY, WHEN I GOT THE HAIR IT AS ALL WRONG, THE WIG HAD A BALD SPOT, IT WAS THE WRONG COLOR, TEXTURE AND SIZE. IT LOOKED LIKE CHAKA KHAN ON CRACK. TO MAKE UP FOR HER MISTAKE SHE TOLD I COULD KEEP THE CHAKA KHAN WIG AND SHE WILL SEND ME A NEW ONE BUT IT WOULD TAKE A FEW MORE WEEKS AND SHE WOULD MAKE SURE IT WENT PERFECT. I FELL FOR THAT BECAUSE SHE SEEMED SINCERE.

LONG STORY MADE SHORT. I FINALLY RECIEVED MY TWO LACE WIGS THAT I ORDERED IN SEPTEMBER ON DECEMBER 12 AND THEY WERE JUST AS F**KED UP AS THE ONE I SENT PACK. THIS CHICK RUNS THE BUSINESS WITH HER SISTER AND DOESN'T KNOW WHAT SHE DOING. SHE GAVE ME ONE SAD STORY AFTER THE NEXT, SHE LOSING CUSTOMERS LEFT AND RIGHT, SWITCHED MANUFACTURES BECUASE THE FIRST ONE WAS GIVING OUT WIGS WITH BALD SPOTS. SHE HAD A ASSISTANT WHO WAS IDIOT AND SCREWED HER A MULTIPLE ORDERS. SHE TELLS YOU SHE HAVE YOUR ORDER IN A TIMELY FASHION BUT DOES NOT THEN TELLS YOU YOU NEED TO PAY TO HAVE IT DELIVERED. SHE IS THE WORST I CAN WRITE A BOOK ON THIS CHICK. THEY DON'T ANSWER PHONES ANY MORE BECAUSE THEY CAN'T AFFORD DO TO THE RAPID LOST OF CUSTOMERS, BE SMART, BE WISE, BE WARE OF NATURAL ESSENCE, THERE NOTHING NATURAL AND NOT A DROP OF ESSENCE IN ANYTHING THIS COMPANY HAS TO SAY.. DON'T DO IT

here we go again.. yet another report against her and the customer went through the drama.. there was never a court case because every document points out the truth which was stating in that report.. PEOPLE WAKE UP, there are so many other places to go to... search harder if u take the risk at going here and gets screwed its your own fault and if u a re victim and have not reported it.. u owe it to the community to speak up. I will stay on top of this company because innocent people are suffering, people are buying wigs for weddings, birthdays and etc and ladies we all know that on any special occasion if your hair is jack up it ruins everything don't take the risk.. SPEND A FEW MORE DOLLARS to get what you want don't look for a deal.. ur cheating urself and making it easy to fall victim to people like Danielle and Danielle when you rebuttal to this one, try telling people the truth. You know, I know and the six other people who reported again you know as well... Are all six of us liers? here is the latest report found on rip off from another customer... take a look at what she has to say about the comment to find who is a liar. I gave her $400.00 in January 2008 for front lace wig and it's August and I still do not have anything to show for my money, she is out of control. I wear blonde head and I know it is a hard color to match, so relly felt that I have given her plenty of time to get it right. When the first time I saw the wig and told her it was not the right color, she should havr sent it back to the manufacture right then but she conviced me she sould get it right and I wourld be satified. Each result was worse then the first, such as it first came back Ronald McDonald Red, the second time is was Banana Yellow. After 5 months I still did not have a wig. Excuses and bad communication continued to happen, like when we got ready to meet again, she on vacation for 3 weeks, after not answer to my phone calls, when she did call me she said I really can't get this color right. I'm so upset by now its June 2008 I just said give me my money back or give me tracted hair so sew in, she said okay, but here comes more problems said she tried emailing me the hair color stick so that I could pick out 'The Color' well she knew the color I was wanting in the beginning, but now all a sudden her emails to me are not coming through (I get emails form overseas no problem) so thats crazy and she is local. I tried to meet with her again she says I'm on bed rest for 2 weeks, I said just give me my money back, she said okay you will get less than $90.00 because I have to pay the colorist, I said no no. It should have been right the first time. So now she has changed her numbers and will not connect me. Pebbles from GA was not lying on the girl. I have no wig and no money. The customer that reported Naturale' Essense created a fake report and she is going to be sued by the company. Here are the facts 1.S. Rose contacted the company in september of 2007 regarding the purchase of two lace wigs. When she placed her order the emailed and contacted the company 60 times ( the company has saved emails and phone records to verify this information) 2. S. Rose received her order in September and stated that the color was wrong, not that the unit had bald spots. She was offered that she return the units for a full refund and she refused. Stating that she needed the hair for her birthday and she would have the hair colored. The company contacted a stylist that agreeded to color the hair for S. Rose and she did not show up for her appointment choosing to color the hair herself with bleach and lysol mixed with hair color. She verified that this did not cause the hair to shedd even though this is a human hair product. 3. S. Rose returned one of the units that she received with leaves in it and it was extremely dirty and demanded that she receive a replacement unit and the company agreeded. 4. S. Rose received her replacement unit and she complained that the hair was two short. She received a 24 inch unit which the company has pictures of to make the situations right. She saw the unit prior to it being sent out and she agreeded to take the unit. 5. S. Rose continued to demand a replacement unit for the worn unit that she received in September and the company reluctently agreeded. During the process of dealing with S. Rose phone records and emails document that she contacted the company over 200 times in one month. This site should have checked the validity of this customers complaint before she was allowed to paste these lies all over the internet. She will be be taken to court for slander and the company will also demand that this posting with company employees full name and address be removed from this site. The company has phone records and emails documenting everything this customer said is false.
