I accepted a position as a Field Representatative.  I was under the impression that the position which I was told was inspecting people's homes and not doing surveys.  I scheduled my on line orientation on a

Friday at 9am, but they had made changes to their on line program which I was not informed about until I had to call to find out what happen.

I was able to get into a 10:30am orientation on line class which took an hour to do.  The orientation ending at 11:30am.  At 1:29am, I received a message from the human resources department stating that they wouldn't allow me to proceed with the training because I didn't follow up on the expected training program.

After orientation, we have two weeks to finish our on line video training and modules (tests). I wasn't even given a chance to do the training because an hour an a half later they locked me out.  On Monday, i tried calling the human resource recruiter and the manager who I contacted several occassions for question, but no one picked up their phone nor did they call me back to give me an accurate explanation of how they wouldn't let me proceed with the training.

I am very upset about this because I had to go through a lot of hoops and cirlces to get this company what they needed.  I even had to change my insurance to upgrade my liability.  Now I have to go back and put it back to where it was.  Also they have my banking information and copy of my driver's license as well.

I think this company is a serious rip off and someone needs to check into it.
