Mrs. Joanenice Shields-Usher dba A-1 Auto Consultants, llc fraudulent pathalogical liar Phoenix Arizona
This company entered into a contract(written) with me to act as a third party leasing agent for my vehicle. They took possesion of the vehicle and three weeks later Mrs. Joanenice Shields-Usher (president of this company) totalled my vehicle. She then came to my house and offered to assume the lease on the vehicle and made a payment in cash for the first month's lease.
In assuming the lease, she was bound by its verbage. She was obligated in the event of an accident to re-imburse myself as well as my insurance for any cost. She agreed to do just that and make payments to me in the amount of $700.00 a month until it was paid off. I agreed.
She then would not make good on the payments, I made a formal complaint with the better business bureau (which she said she belonged to, but found out she does not). After filing the complaint she came by to pay me $500.00 on a business check. She then stopped payment, when asked she said it was because I filled a complaint that she had to answer now. She told me she was not going to make any other payments and I could sue her if I wanted. I did. I won due to default on her part.
I am now trying to recover the funds owed and will persue forclosure on personal and business property (assets) I was contacted by two other gentleman with the same problem, and are now starting their legal action against her. She has been fraudulent since the begining and her actions have proved her intent to be that way. Do not do business with these people. She is a pathalogical liar and can not be trusted. Her business practices are questionable at the least, and fraudulent.
