Complaint Review: Money answer all - Duluth Georgia

Hello my name is Tiara D,  I  know Mrs, Wendy Lovejoy through a friend that attendance the same church as Mrs Wendy world changing ministries. Doing the peiord of Febuary or March 2016 last year. I was under the impression that she is was a God fearing woman.Lord I was wrong!!At the time I was living in Conley Ga with my boyfriend. We decided to sell our townhome because it was time to buy, rent or own a home because we felt it wasn't a safe place to live anymore because he was robbed at gun point. I spoken with Mrs Wendy a couple of time before we came in agreement of trusting her. At this time we are so excited about the good new. She started out by asking questions example like how your credit, how much are you willing to pay also what date are you looking to movie in, and do you trust me which I believe now at this time should of been a red flag. So we did a little reseaching which we call of good friend. That when we came across this RipOFF REPORT we asked about it. Her reply was that person was lying that why she response to the report and that she got two great property out of it. So we agreed and said to each who would reply to a ripoff report if they are guilty it was only one two size to the story. However she did gain my respect after talking to her about it. Mrs, Lovjeoy whom I also put my trust in her knowing she knew our personal financial situation. she should of been more responsible in dealing with clients.Meaning  leasing, down payment, credit, updated,truth ,information. We agree to come up with a game plans to started the processed.

We vist two home both where great but they  both need a little work. And we discussed pulling credit so she did which cost us 48 dollars a piece. So we link up and sign paperwork electronic making furture payments until our move in date.  Also the first month rent which was 800 . So the paperwork was print later unprofessional. We meant at a local coffee shop which she showed up late as following later in the story. Because of traffic her excuse. She said our credit wasn't good which is true and we need work and down payment. So she also ask me what we could come up with and do I care if the home in my boyfriend name my credit was lower than his .But we could work with his in the mean time in a year that our credit wold be repair so we can refinance together but my name would be on the deed. We agree with 5000 total toward the home and 425 each for credit repair for a year.

However after discuss it with my boyfriend a few days later I wasn't comfortable with buying a home in just his name since we aren't married yet .So we inform Mrs, Wendy she said we can do a rent to own in a year then after if we deciede to buy the home the 5000 would go toward the loan but if we dedcided not to we would receive our money back then we could moved. Unfortunately it didn't work at all this way. Our credit wasn't repaired and we still didn't recieved our money back not even a phone call or text down payment and 5850 but avoided from her end. Not to leave anything out so on the count of me Diabetic this was so much stressed that I informed her during and before moving in to contact my boyfriend with all updated . She took it as  I said forever he has a mild tempered then myself.Then after she always would give me the run around he could talk to her but still could'nt get any update as far as moving and why it's sure a delay. So after I could not reach her myself not even my boyfriend. One day she said you guy are moving in a few days.We where overjoyed. But then waiting on her to show  up for the initial walk-through. Also asking for what and company to started before we more in to home to turn on light,water,gas,trash she had no clue. But visting the home talking to the owner he informed us he sent a list and foward it to our email about the company then we discover that the water would be cut off two days later after moving in. Late again reason someone died ask the other person on ripoff report I had to travel for something the list goes on the reason why we didn't move in time!!!

Then after each month contact was just her reminding adults to pay rent each month and how to send it. Paypal, wells fargo account crazy. Never money order but she received a cashies check from myself for 2500 down toward home the rest in Paypal account and rent Wells fargo a month. She also text me her name wrong spelling or her second name later I found out. I had to return check to get another one with correct name she also sent in text second red flag. Has to change it late for work rushing myself on her time.

Now in full detail our move in date was delayed afted months she show up to closing date late didn't apologize, have myself, boyfriend and owner of the home felt disrespectful. So I had to work this day I informed her she would have to walk through with them. My boyfriend said she ask him is everything ok with the house it wasn't the tile on floor was broking, knob missing from both shower, discoloration in sinks. And stairway to home from door was not safe. And don't get me started about patio. I inform her of this before hand this was our third time visting home. We got in contact with owner because she wasn't beening honest about the home. The owner currrently was living in home waiting on response from Mrs, Wendy and her brother who was partner in business and also name was on of agreement to lease on the home that they was buying from the owner.That was also waiting on his paperwork to be finalize. OMG a lot of confusion Now today Feb 21, 2017  1:36pm. Our lease will be up in about couple of months. And Mrs, Wendy lovejoy still haven't pay the onwer check which mean she in default. We screen shot, and lawery sent paperwork to address on filed.So this mean the owner can collect the rent. So we been serve pape as well. We sent a screen shot to her she reply he can't collect her lawery told her and that we should continue to sent her the rent. So this is my first attempt to get this story out and to let other know to stay clean and clear away from this lady. money answer all her brother was well Ellie and to ask to see her ID she has another first name as well not on me at the time . Now I'm going to take it to the next level filed on oue behalf to obtain our hardworking poor people money back see you in court.
