I received a free 3 day 2 night air/hotel paid trip redeemable via MVI Marketing. All I had to do was follow the three easy steps: Fill out the form and mail it in before 5/2/02, send a $100 refundable deposit in the form of a postal money order, and mail the entire thing via certified mail.

No where in their offer does it state that if you fail to comply with any of these terms, is the offer voided.

After sending my information in, I received a letter (with my money order) stating that I did not follow the instructions correctly (I errored and sent a regular money order instead of a "postal" money order) and that because of this they could no longer offer me the 3 day 2 night trip to Orlando. However, if I followed these easy 3 steps, I'd be eligible for a 3 day 2 night hotel stay in a city of my choice.

Without stating that the offer can be voided if the terms are not followed, MVI legally still owes me my entire vacation package. My next step is to follow up with MVI vacations and then finally with my attorney.

It is unfortunate that a Postal Money Order (as stated in #2 of the Terms & Conditions) was not included with your Registration Validation Form. However, MVI would like to process your vacation request. Your complaint does not include enough information to access your record.

MVI travels thousands of satisfied customers annually, and we would like the opportunity to include you. I look forward to hearing from you.
