Michelle Hirsch Fieldstone Promotions Rockin' Talent Lies, Employment Discrimination, and Wrongful Termination West Milford New Jersey
Michelle Hirsch, the owner of Rockin' Talent, dropped me from an event that she booked me for with the excuse that I was no longer needed. She posted on Facebook the very next day that she was still hiring for the same that she apparently had enough people for already. Since Michelle Hirsch had no legitimate reason to cancel my shift after she had already booked me, she made up an excuse to hide the fact that she was discriminating against me and FAILED! That is an extremely unprofessional way to conduct business.
No reputable agency would ever book you for an event and send out a booking confirmation email with all the details and new hire paperwork and then turn around saying you will no longer be working your assigned shift! After doing research, I learned that I am allowed to sue Michelle Hirsch for employment discrimination.
She also works for another company named Fieldstone Promotions.
