Complaint Review: Miami Lauderdale Cars - Popano Beach Fla.

I want to share stories with the other victim. Please feel to contact me, 267 709 0801.  The car I bought online was alos misrepresented, and the car arrived inoperable. Mr. Spector is not cooperating. I have discovered that a report stated mileage manipulation.  I demanded that I am refunded my money after I paid for the car to be returned, and provided Dec 18 to be refunded.  After providing evidence, he has called me, LM, and emailed me.

I have not returned the call to date.  

I just wanted to share stories, and I also wanted to see if you also had checked to see the mileage on the car you purchased had mileage manipulated. The car had so many issues with it on the test report, that it also would not have passed inspection.  It cost $7500 and $1050 to return it.

The delearship has been in receipt of the car since Nov 27 2020. I have received no refund to date. I got a call that another car could be sent to replace it.  

I want my money back.

This place should be condemned.

Mr. or Ms. Momo or whatever your name is, I am an expereinced Car Guy with over 45 years in the industry and I've bought hundreds of cars on Ebay Motors over 15 to 20 years and only been burned a couple of times and the one deal got resolved because it was an honest seller.

I appreciate your input however you are the one who should research who and why millions and millions of people buy and sell cars off of Ebay Motors and why its considered a safe way to sell and buy cars.

Sellers are required to honestly represent what they are selling and disclose any issues or defects.

Buyers rely upon the ads to be honest and ads they can rely upon in making their decisions.

Go to Ebay Motors and pull up the vehicle in question and tell me if you would've bought it if it was as advertised with no issues or defects stated in the ad.

I understand that you may be a person that has to touch, smell and inpsect whatever you purchase before you buy it however in the World of pandemic Covid 19 many many people are buying cars without seeing them in person and I am one that has done so for many many years without an issue.

If you deal with honest, reliable sellers, a buyer should not have any problems.

Sorry you felt that you had to beliitle me when you don't know me nor my history in the car industry.

 I presume the reason you bought this thing is because you wanted a good, used, trouble free car, right? Here's the GREAT WISDOM you used to accomplish this goal...

1. YOU send YOUR MONEY to somebody you don't know.

2. YOU buy a USED CAR you've NEVER test driven!

3. YOU buy a USED CAR you've NEVER checked for body damage or fit/finish!

4. YOU buy a USED CAR of which you've NEVER heard the engine run!

5. YOU buy a USED CAR you've NEVER checked to see if all the accessories worked!

6. YOU buy a USED CAR which you've NEVER checked interior condition!

7. YOU buy a USED CAR you've NEVER seen!

Are there going to be shysters in the Sleazy American Car Business? Of course. That's why people need to use COMMON SENSE which you absolutely FAILED to do! Instead, you rely upon pictures on a computer screen, words on a computer screen and a voice on the phone. Am I ever impressed! Now you come here seeking sympathy because YOU didn't use COMMON SENSE!

What the hell is wrong with you? Don't write back extolling the virtues of "trust" because EVERYBODY KNOWS you cannot trust someone with whom you have a zero track record! Oh, and don't waste your time writing back something stupid like "you must work for them" because I don't!
