On October 2009 I hired Mr. Jesus Monzon, employee and representative of Mexicom Logistics in Mexico to move my entire household from Jalapa, Ver., Mexico to Charlotte, NC., USA. Mr. Monzon and I signed a contract in which I paid 25% in advanced for the moving under the agreement that I was going to pay in full the remaining of the balance in Charlotte, NC. I paid, as stated in the contract, for a direct move, not consolidated. This is, the move was going to be in one truck going directly from Jalapa to Charlotte not through several carriers. Monzon had promised me that he was going to deliver all the goods and furniture himself; nevertheless, he didnt fulfill his promise. Once Monzon had my goods in his power he began to intimidate me, threaten me, and terrorize me by demanding extra money or my goods were not going to be delivered.

Monzon demanded more money that I had to deposit to one of Mexicom Logistics accounts. Mr. Monzon falsely gave me a home made receipt to prove that there was a charge of $700 dollars by an American freight company that I had to pay. Mr. Monzon kept my goods in storage in Laredo, TX, USA., to keep me under his terrorist tactics and make me pay all the money accorded in the contract plus the $700 dollars mentioned above. Mr. Monzons was always extremely arrogant and unprofessional. He used foul languages demanding money and saying that if I didnt pay he was going to leave my stuff in Texas, and that he was going to deliver when I had money to pay him. Mr. Monzon, as Mexicoms employee and representative, promised to deliver my household DIRECTLY on December 29th, 2009 but instead a carrier company did it on January 12, 2010 in a CONSOLIDATED manner. I would like to demand that Mexicom Logistics is held responsible for his employees behavior, terrorist tactics, over charging $700, and not fulfilling the contract of delivering directly but instead in consolidated transportation.
