I purchased this phone 11/07/2015. Had issues with the phone immediately ie; wi-fi calling keeps dropping calls. Went back to the store to turn it in under "buyers remorse" and was told it had 1 1/2hrs. of talk time so it wasn't eligible for a return. Ended up warranting the phone and the second phone has the same issues and now also won't make texts either. Made another trip to the store to warranty the phone again and called the tech back and was told that it woud take 3-5 business days to resolve these issues. The store told methey ordered a new phone but couldn't tell me when it would be in. By 12/7 I'll have paid for the phone and a month of non-service. Still no resolution and can't find anybody that can help.
