Blocked from online and over the phone bill pay due to my phone being stolen and the individual who took it using stolen cards to pay money on my account I have tried for eight months to get off the black list as they call it and put back on their white list and have been unsuccessful I live in a state where there are no metro pcs stores and its very difficult to get my bill paid it takes a couple days to get it done in to the point where I feel my account should be credited or get free service for a period of time this has gotten out of hand and not been addressed at all they want to register the debit cards I use to my account and I denied that due to the situation at hand already
