On or about Sept 8, 2014 I purchased memory for my desktop computer.  I called a couple weeks later to make arrangements to return the memory, because it would not work with the computer.  I even called prior to ordering to verify the proper replacement memory to expand the computer RAM.  I was told to return the memory and they would not refund my money, but send me other memory.  I sent emails in 09/2014, 10/2014, 11/2014, 01/2015 and finally 03/2015, then finally calling on 4/16/2915.  I spike to Dan S. Who told me that they never received an email from me or the memory back.  Dan was very rude and pretty much told me that they were not going to do anything.  I took the time to send him the information and forwarded the emails I sent.  WHAT JERKS.

Don't believe the company, when they tell you, the company will take care of this, because, now, Dan S. Claims he never said anything and IRS my problem.  Short Term Memory Giant Loss since 09-2014...

If you used credit card, card them right away, don't wait.

DONT BUY FROM MEMORY GIANTS.....
