Complaint Review: Melaleuca Inc. - Idaho Falls Idaho

I am so glad we had a chance to reconnect! I know several others that would love to as well! I have been reading reports of many other victims throughout the country and it is sad. This company must seek individuals who have degrees in lies, slander and deceit. This will be my last posting on Rip Off Report as I know Big Doc is watching, lol. Again, so glad we reconnected.. God works in mysterious ways. 

I no longer work at the company but I was involved in this awful issue with you and I have wondered what the final result was. You called me often about the status and I tried to get answers on your checks they stopped. I know it was very, very frustrating. Please contact me on facebook if you can recall my name. I have to be careful here for fear of retaliation by employer. I'd just like to talk. 

When I first started with them it was ok to work for them. As time passed, I called my enroller on his flat out bull s**t and lies. So having said that, I have morals! I do not lie to others, family and friends. This con artist used me to get to my large friend/family circle. He used my kindness. My problem with the company is THEY chose a liar. I did enjoy their products, but I will not make purchases that this dilusional moron will benefit. Therefore, you do not make sense in questioning my morals. The moral of the story is I was clearly taken and mislead and I will do everything to make sure that no one else falls victim. By the way, the majority of those people that came in under me dropped out due to the lack of enroller and company morals so get your facts straight

Obviously you worked with Mr. Deming at the mental health place.  He wore scrubs and a pager and let many of the mental clients believe he was a Dr.  We all laugh at him, too!  He has Grand Idealizations.  His fiance is a Mental health social worker and that's probably why they have a rapport.  She's going to be his 4th wife.  Trust me Rosa he went after everybody at both hospitals and is still doing it.  I hope one day it gets hin fired.  Shouldn't be doing other business dealings at your place of work.  He's going after a friend at work right now and we keep warning him not to trust this vulture. Dale's an idiot and control freak.  He's trying to rise to the top of the pyramid.  Just don't make him angry or you'll see the true Dale Deming.

Thank you so much for speaking out! I work with Dale at the other hospital. Everyone laughs at him for walking around in scrubs and a page because he is on call for the ER.. What a joke! It amazes me how his fiance who also counsels people, who knows if that is the truth smiles and goes along with his lies! I am so glad you got out of this company! I contacted the company about his lies and motives and to no avail. Spread the word about this snake because as you can see, I  not the only victim. Wake Up Rosa! I am sure you will be a victim soon too

Rosa, Just wait and see.  I have first hand knowledge of his dealings.  Watch your back.

Working in the same hospital as Dale, the orderly(making about $15.00 an hour) he seeks out single women, mostly single parents for his company.  He tells you he works in the medical field.  He claims to have gone to Camden County College-but he only took prerequisites for nuring then quit.  He coerces them into buying this stuff so that more people are under him and he can become an Executive Director and so on.  You don't really make any money until you have a LOT of people under you.  He has been doing this for years and I know for a fact that he preys on single women!!  He tried it in our dept.  His new fiance(recently divorced) is one of them, he wouldn't be engaged if she didn't go along with his endeavor.  He puts on his charming routine and once he has you in his net could care less.  I got out of the company a little while ago and when they asked me why, I told them I was coerced!!  They know but just don't care.  IT IS a Pyramid scheme.  Stay away from this chameleon.  He only thinks about himself and his American Dream!!!

All I can tell you, is BELIEVE IT! In the beginning everything was nice and peachy with me too. This person is my co worker. I was warned by almost EVERYONE to stay away from him but I give everyone the benefit of the doubt and those that told me to stay away were right. I was present at many of his 3 hour presentations as well as many friends and family that heard his boat loads of bull s**t.

I have done nothing but spoken the truth, whatever I say I own it...my losing my business was the craziest thing I have ever experienced in my life. Honestly, do you think if I really deserved to lose my business I would be so mad on rip off report? I mean really. I am not so much angry as I am hurt that a co worker and a person that I thought was a friend could be so back stabbing. All I am saying to all of those Dale Demming followers is watch your back, it could happen to you 

My husband and I have been with the company since April 2013 and Mr. Deming has done many presentations for our business! At NO time has he every said in any meeting that he was a surgeon or has tried to mislead my customers into believing that. I have personally known Mr. Deming for over 5 years, I have found him to be a man of great integrity and has been a true leader for not only us but every person in our company.

In closing I can truly say after knowing what I have learned about the company it is truly hard to have your business terminated without just cause. This great company is focused on enhancing lives.

Maybe I did not make myself clear. I have plenty of common sense, I just trusted the wrong people. Dale Demming boasted about working in the operating room. He never said nor I said he was a surgeon. The closest he gets to an operating room is transporting a patient and dropping them off. His stories change like a chamelion changes colors. Many assumed he was a doctor or nurse due to the advice he would give and so called "medical background."

The purpose of rip off report is to report the actions of others that have wronged you or have treated you unfairly. My anger has turned into hurt and disappointment. Not only was Dale Demming a fellow co worker, I really thought he was a friend. This is a lesson learned that a person driven by money and greed can never be a good friend to anyone. Everyone of course will have their own opinion and that is fine. am a woma

 Any time you are approached about a new endeavor, product, etc, you need to use a little common sense. Dale Demming said he was a surgeon? On call? And yet he had 3 hours to devote to a presentation? To make a significantly less salary than he would earn as a surgeon? None of this makes sense. And no health care professional will tell you you don't need to take prescriptions - without directing you to talk to your physician first. So glad you were successful before you met with an obvious fraud. But can you really blame the company for this? And your post-fraud experience sounds more like a problem with your enroller. BTW, certified letters will return you a receipt when they are received, so even if they get lost in the mailroom, you have proof that the letter was received by the company.

I became successful out of the gate! Looking back, in all of their so called "trainings" they love to drive the issue home that this is not a pyramid, or an MLM. If you have an enroller and the compensation trickles down 7 layers deep, that is a pyramid any which way you look at it. As far as my success, I put the brakes on this company long before my enroller took things a step further. Others were beginning to seem him for the liar that he is and obviously he cannot take that. I cannot argue that that some, not all of Melaleuca's products are exceptional, the way they handle business is not right and they obviously do nothing to protect those building a business. I thank God, my eyes were opened early on before I got sucked into the brain washing even more!!! 

 It's was OK to work for them and you apparently became successful at it until they canned you and now it's a pyrimid scheme? Where do you draw that line?
