Medical service group Two different foreign sounding individuals (one male/ one female) called to send me pain relief cream. They had knowledge of my health condition, my physician & my health care insurance. When I asked how they got my information they hung up on me. The second time I was hung up on when I stated I felt they had violated my HIPPA rights to privacy. Lakewood Ohio
Two foreign sounding individuals (one male & one female) called me to tell me I was accepted into a program for pain management by using a pain cream. Told them I did not sign up for any such program. When I asked how they got my health care records, they hung up. The female caller persisted until I told her I was reporting the company to the Office of Civil Rights of the Health & Human Services Department for violating my HIPPA rights, she ung up on me.
