Massage Heights Unfair employee treatment Manchester New Hampshire
I am writting this report to let everyone out there that is interested in working for this place to rethink it. This place promises you all you want to hear and then once they get you to join they make you work their schedule and their hours. They lie about everything. I worked for them for over a year and i have never been pulled into more meetings in my life about the stupidist things and found that it was a waste of my time. This place is under new management which doesn't care about the therapist at all and just care about how much money the therapist can bring in for them.
They say in their hiring posts that you can get a free facial or massage once a month well you can just as long as it works for them. I worked there for 15 months and only got 1 free massage and 1 facial of which the skin therapist dropped the clarisonic brush head on my face. She never apologized for it and kept on going with the facial. Then they hired her as lead therapist!!
This place is good for a stepping stone to get your expireience but not for long term. Also, if you don't kiss their butts then you won't succeed in getting your bookings. They book who they like. This place likes to point fingers at people who don't do things their way. They will make you feel like....oh i should of never chose this place to work. Furthermore, the new owner has nothing to do with showing his face or showing that he cares about his employees. Getting to conactc him is like getting o contact the president of the united states....very unprofessional. I bought a gift card at christmas for my boyfriend to use with me for a couples massage and everytime i booked our massage the front desk bumped us out of our spot. Again just looking out for new therapists and letting you all know don't go here to work unless you like to be told all negative things about your performance. The drama in the lunch room is so bad that you get really tired of listening to it..some therapists are having a releationship with each other while they are involved with someone else outside of work. Nothing is told in confidence by the management team they tell everyone your stuff. The people running the management team don' have a clue what they are doing. They fudge it!!!
