Massage Heights Take your money (auto draft from bank account) and provide crappy massage Charlotte North Carolina
DO NOT GO HERE!!! They promise "best massage in Charlotte" and they are horrible. Total rip off! "discount program" is no discount, just an excuse to rob you every month. I have had issues since last summer (now 6 mo), and they WILL NOT HELP ME. I have been shorted significantly on time (often by 20 or more minutes), they don't work on problem areas as requested (they will just give you "exercise sheet". Seem to have high staff turnover rate and new "therapists" are worse and worse (or just don't care. I moved out of area (now 30 minute drive one way) and "manager" Angie refuses to work with me. She said it is MY fault that I am not happy with therapists & that I should just "get up and walk out" when massage isn't satisfactory! Really- you never noticed I was leaving in tears and came back a number of times to complain? Been complaining and all I get is "you entered into an agreement".... I just want them to stop taking money OUT of my account and and give me back the money from November- they have an F rating w/ BBB for a REASON!! I think a lot of the "good reviews" are from employees!

Spoke w/ Barb today- she is willing to end contract- I'm closer to being happy w/ situation
