Complaint Review: Manx Puppies - Massachusetts

I have observed a LOT of scams since I am based in Austin,Texas for the moment and contemplating my next career change since the fuel gouging has pretty much wrecked the trucking industry. And WITHOUT EXCEPTION everything I have reported here in the RIP OFF REPORT ( And I have reported a LOT of stuff!) has been true. iT WAS EITHER SOMETHING THAT HAPPENED TO ME OR I SAW IT WITH MY OWN EYES! I know about libel laws. TRUTH is the BEST defense! I thought the remark about Rip Off Report site was untoward and the person who made it needs to be on the Jerry Springer show fighting it out with all of the other ignorant, misinformed ifolks. You don't know what you are talking about here, simply said. The guy with the dog needs to learn that YOU NEED TO SEE THE DOG IN PERSON AND YOU NEED TO PAY CASH FOR IT right there! You do NOT order a dog from a website or a catalog like a pair of long johns from the Sears & Roebuck Catalog because you will NOT get a HAPPY outcome in most cases. I have read MANY complaints from people which appeared on Rip Off Report who ordered dogs long distance and did NOT get what they expected to get! I used to be a dog breeder and a k9 Handler/trainer so I know something about dogs. SOME BREEDS OF DOGS ARE MORE SUSCEPTIBLE TO GENETIC DEFECTS AND WHEN THEY ARE INBRED, THESE DEFECTS ARE MORE NUMEROUS AND PRONOUNCED. Now THAT IS the fault of the breeder. Sometimes they use FAKE papers which is quite common and when you find out who these breeders are, you do NOT buy breeders from their kennels to infect your own breeding stock with the same bad genetics. The problem is that, outside the dog breeding circles, the typical consumer who just wants a pet and not a pedigreed show quality animal sometimes finds out about these crooked breeders a little too late. By my way of thinking, expecting a puppy to be exactly what you want SIGHT UNSEEN and arrive at your house in perfect condition is asking too much. Puppies are like us they have different temperaments, personalities and these can occur in the same litter. THIS IS ALSO THE MOST EXPENSIVE AND WORST WAY TO ORDER YOUR DOG. You have to go to the breeder and choose the dog you want. You'll know which one is meant for you but you have to see it first. If you don't have time to do that, then you probably don't have time for the dog and your secretary, personal assistant or someone else in your family will have to spend the time with the dog. If I see or hear about a dog chained up somewhere with not shelter, food or water, I am going to call the cops and I am going to see about getting charges filed on YOU! It would only be human to cull the litters and ship the troublemakers out first. And . I even talked to one who did exactly that but she is no longer in business. One of the District Judges here is responsible for that! RESEARCH THE BREED OF DOG YOU WANT! If you are going to pay that kind of money then it seems logical that you want to go to the kennel yourself and pick the dog out for yourself! Just don't say this is a cute dog, I want one because I saw it in a film or in a TV ad or in a movie or something. Dogs are just like us. They have feelings and intelligence too, just different. Now, for the kennel hand or more than likely the owner, who is griping about the veracity of Rip Off Report... Sometimes there are genetic defects that you will not know about because dog genetics are absurdly complex. When you manage to find the animal that is throwing the bad genetics, you need to neuter it and sell it for a pet. That is ethical. You know that PETA and the ASPCA are busting up puppy mills... If you are a legitimate operation, you have nothing to worry about. A few bad pups in a couple of dozen litters is going to happen. You WILL NEED TO GIVE THE PUPS DISTEMPER,PARVO,CORONA, k9 PENUMONIA and all of the other shots and if your state law do not permit you to do so, you can usually get a good breeders discount at the vet ( Ask for it) and he or she can count on referrals from you which is all LEGAL. Those pups need to be wormed too and they need to be socialized which means get them used to human beings. You are in a business. You are selling DOGS. That is your merchandise. People who buy from you are entitled to healthy, good merchandise. If not, the market will correct itself and you may find PETA or ASPCA at your door. Or a lawsuit. People who are perceived as puppy abusers do NOT fare well in the halls of justice!!!!! I started a list and everybody who wanted a puppy paid a deposit and when I had enough people, I bred the dogs. Then they come and pick the pup and pay the balance. I did OK. I ALSO REFUNDED PEOPLE'S MONEY --IF THE PUPPY DID NOT WORK OUT, THEY GIVE ME THE PUPPY AND THEY GET THEIR MONEY BACK. OR they got another puppy in exchange. What works for one person does not always work for another person. What breed works for one person might not work for ANOTHER PERSON. I am no longer in business because I sat up all night worrying about the puppies, even though they got the best homes possible at the time. I had NO puppy mill and I only sold 10 litters of the best police dogs on the planet at the time and four litters of Chihuahua puppies. I also did criminal background checks on the prospective owners. Puppy mills are illegal in every one of the 50 states and the ASPCA is cracking down on them. If you don't know if you have a puppy mill or not, contact the ASPCA web site because they had a video of one of the worst I have EVER seen! You really need to INSIST that people need to come and look at your puppies and BRING CASH! Long distance dog selling and shipping does NOT work out for many people and apparently you sold to one. The thing to do is exchange the dog for the buyer's money back OR exchange it for another pup from a different litter. AND MAKE THE BUYERS COME IN PERSON AND SELECT THE PUP HE WANTS.

This Post Was Written By The Same Person That Wrote The Salinas CA Post. A Lawsuit has been filed as a result of these complaints and an injunction will be issued to have them removed. These complaints have been placed by a few people in the hopes of damaging Angelo Amadio and his companies. Animal rights activists, former, disgruntled employees, etc. This site, the individuals who posted, and all involved parties have been or are in the process of being sued for defamation, blackmail, and invasion of privacy. If your write a negative post on this site regarding Angelo Amadio or any of his companies you will be sued. If your have a dispute or issue place notify Manx Puppies, LLC at their legal mailing address so they may resolve the issue. Not one of these complaints did this; they were all posted anonymously and maliciously in violation of federal law. Not only will you be sued if you post on this site but you can be prosecuted under federal law. These types of posts, which are false, only harm the rescue foundation and therapy program that Manx Puppies is known for. Please do not take the opportunity away from a young or injured child by posting here. It costs tens of thousands of dollars to file and defend lawsuits. Money, which is much, better spent on animals and children in need. All puppies sold are healthy, come with health clearances, first flea and tick treatment, warranty, AKC unless it is a rescue, re-home, or a discount is given in which case registration papers are held by the company. Manx puppies does not require payments in full. They do require puppies be paid for prior to shipping by air otherwise and in most cases a cash deposit is not required. Angelo Amadio is merely a member of the company and Manx Puppies provides puppies at not cost to therapy programs. Manx Puppies has numerous references. They have been breeding, showing, and working the in the industry since 1982. It is a shame that a website like this has been used by animal rights activists, disgruntled individuals, and scam artists in an attempt to damage Mr. Amadio, his reputation, and company. Please note that this site has been sued and as lost for these type of complaints. Please not that the owner of this site is also under federal indictment. The complaints here are false and placed in an attempt to blackmail and discredit Angelo Amadio and his companies. Manx Puppies does require all disputes to be submitted to them in writing via Certified Mail. To date not one of these complaints has done this because they are not real. It is a federal offense to write an anonymous and false complaint online. In the event you have a costumer service issue with Manx Puppies please submit it to them in writing so they may resolve that issue. The reputation of the company, Angelo Amadio, and client satisfaction is their highest priority.
