Recently purchased a 2016 Camry from Malloy. Vehicle was supposed to be completely checked out between Saturday June 30th (when I bought it) and Wednesday July 4th when I would drop off my trade in and pick it up. After taking delivery I discovered the AC wasn't working. I brought the vehicle back and was told it would be fixed under warrenty. As I live in Leesburg it made more sense to have it fixed there rather than bring it back to Winchester.

I discovered that according to Leesburg Auto Nation the damage would NOT be repaired under warrenty and I would have to pay $1100 to have it fixed! I refused the repair but was charged $150 for that work which was done.

Malloy agreed to fix it but I had to bring the vehicle back twice (the first time they ordered the wrong part) which was both costly and time-consuming. No offer was made to pay for that and _I_ had to contact Leesburg Auto Nation to have them contact Malloy about gettting my $150 back.

Since then my calls have not been returned and my e-mails have not been answered. At this point I guess I will have to write off my $150 plus a few free oil changes as I will never let Malloy touch this vehicle again. I don't understand how something like this got by their so-called Certified Vehicle program, I now wonder what (if any) inspection was actually performed prior to my purchasing the vehicle.

My brother is also looking for a replacement vehicle, Malloy will not even be considered. Avoid this dealership...

Contacted by the General Manager who apologized and has reimbursed me the $150 spent @ Leesburg Auto Nation. However, this issue of how the damaged AC got by their inspection was not addressed and remains a serious concern.

 Did you READ your purchase paperwork? They hit you up for a $699 BOGUS, ADD-ON, PHONEY FEE! They tell everybody that on their website even before you go thru the door! How can you expect them to do the right, ethical thing if they are playing the BOGUS FEE game? The BOGUS FEE game works like this: They advertise or mark the price of the car with a FAKE price which looks low because it's FAKE! They make up the difference by charging you a BOGUS FEE! They give their BOGUS FEE an official sounding name because they think you are too stupid to figure it out. They do not have the honesty or integrity to just make the price the REAL PRICE.
