There is no communication possible with these people, no email, phone, or website. I tried to get them to change shipping when they were not going to send it by Christmas, and cancel my $50 order. I ordered their toy through Walmart and it was available immediately. We had to take it on the plane and the grandchild did enjoy it. Now we have $50 worth of magic tracks, unopened and duplicate that we can't send back, although they promise on their return policy that there is a 60-day refund policy. Like, I'm sure.
These people need to be stopped. I hope there is a class action suit.
