Luxury Secure would not refund a $99 charge they put on my credit card for a watch I did not order. When I requested the refund they said they could ony refund me 35% of the sale because I checked the terms and condition box (fine print) stating that if I did not contact them witin 14 days to cancel they would charge my account.
I offered to return the watch so they could make a refund but they did not accept that exchange.
This began with me answering a surevy (they said it was for Amazon) that I don't remember. They said I offered to pay the $6.99 shipping and handling and the terms and conditions stated the information above.
