Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
It is presumed when there is a scandal, when there is a crime; corporations try to quickly cover it up and try to eliminate it before it become public. The ASTs have lost confidence in the branch managers ability to serve Loomis Armored and request to have him terminated as soon as possible. His structure appears flawed, his risk management flawed, his commitment flawed, and it appears he is selling everyone out to save his sorry worthless a**. He may have destroyed the lives of many Loomis employees and the employees families. Rather than recruiting and developing the talents of employees, this leadership style discourages employees from becoming involved and does not promote the concept of team membership that enhances Loomis values.

Drill down to the issues of trust as the essential core that hinge on greed and disrespect. Does greed and disrespect matter? It sure seems an indicator of behavior. And, those dont appear to be Loomis values, or are they? If he was properly investigated and found to have behaved in a bad way, would that tell you about how he would behave now? Would greed and disrespect in any way disqualify him? The issue over greed and disrespect are hardly new. In fact, back in the day of Wolverine and Brinks should have shown the judgmental flaw of leadership.

This mans behavior towards the crew-members appears to be outrageous and, under the circumstances, so beyond all bounds of decency as to be regarded shocking, atrocious and utterly intolerable in a civilized community. There is an illusion of success being generated off the backs of the employees, which make it appear this branch is improving, but its not improving. We cannot fathom where a case raises significant ethical concerns and trust issues and nothing is being done about it. We hear that he was under so much stress of being caught for embezzlement that he had an emergency appendix operation.

As a matter if fact, things are getting worst by the day. Stress is high, anxiety is ramped, and ASTs are frustrated. This manager appeared to be absolutely thrilled when full-time employees quit because he made the point that managers would rather have part-time employees because they keep operational costs low. To prove his ability as an incompetent manager, he sacrifices the talent base for short time gain. This is not considered a long-term strategy, but would actually cause more damage than growth.

Rather than exercising the leadership principle of knowing yourself and seeking self-improvement, determined managers will produce the evidence to support their determination by proving they are right and everyone else is wrong. Their motivation is to kick their duties and responsibilities onto the lowest level. This is happening all the time.  Wake up Loomis and smell the stink; dont be sucked in to his lies.
