We are talking about the loan amount of $300.00 that you took with the company, they do have a signedcopy of the ccontract which is signed under your e-mail address (((redacted))) and SSN ending in 4726 also woukd like to mention your cocomputer's IP address was also traced when you were signing the contract with the company . The company have more than 14 technical evidence in order to prove the money was successfully deposited into your account (×××××××××) with Guaranty Bank And Trust Company . 

Talking about the creditor Advance Cash Services. ACS is the company which owns and operates more than 350 parental payday loan websites like , Cash Net USA , Cash America , & 500 Cash Advance etc. And you have used one of them to get this loan approved . 

The principal amount which you borrowed from the company was $300.00 but due to late charges an rate of interest and Affidavit charges it goes to $870.69 . 

NOte: Kindly letslet us know your intentions regarding this case fike so that we can send you the settlement agreement in order to freeze down this case for youor we have to download this case forcefully agaist your name and social .

Theses are the two messages I've recieved so far from this ACS inc. And also several phone calls from this same company telling me that they are charging me for online fraud , and Banking fraud through my email address on my gmail address as well I'm very angry an upset at these threating call an emails from these scam artists they need to be prosecuted for frauding the American consumer's whom have bought into their schemes an have paid dearly for no reason but to a scam corprate industry! !!!
