Those sorry excuses for men at Legacy Motors need to be taught a lesson. Someone needs to treat them those a**holes the exact same rude, nasty, and disrespectful way they treat the honest, working citizens of Texas. Everything that comes out of Larry or David's mouth is a sheer, unadulterated lie. Literally. Everything they verbally told me to get me to buy the car was a lie. 2 year note? AFTER you sign the contract it miraculously goes up to 2 years and 10 months. If you miss a payment call and let them know before the payment is due, they'll put the payment at the end of the note. David Hill specificallly said this to me because I recall my response going somewhat like "you guys are just like General Motors" to which he responded "we sure are." I can't believe I've given those idiots at Legacy Motors so much money, but I'm stuck. And do you think the BBB did anything about it? NO! Do you think the attorney general, the man I hate I even voted for, helped out? No! I've filed so many complaints against these thieves who prey on innocent people, but no on in the state of Texas cares this is happening to us. Something told me to run when I walked into Legacy Motors and saw that ugly little man (the one a picture of a creature he said was his wife on his desk)! People, all I can say is STAY AWAY FROM LEGACY MOTORS! They are the template of bad car salesmen. Think of the worst car salesman you can think of, and know that the salesmen at Legacy Motors are 200% worse!

AMAZINGLY STILL A CURRENT CUSTOMER

I am very familiar with the person who made this report.  She is a very nice lady who was very disgruntled when she made these accusations.  Everything that we do at Legacy Motors is in writing, explained in detail to the customer at the time of purchase, and every customer leaves with a copy of all signed documents as required by law.  This particular lady is still a customer of Legacy Motors.

Go to www.bbb.org and file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. If enough of us file a complaint, maybe the State will get up off their butts and do something about these immoral thieves.
