Leasecomm Virtual Merchant Internet Toolbox / Themeware ripoff fraud business leasecomm Internet
About a year ago Leascomm got a judgement against my husband and me. My husband and I was also taken in starting with the toolbox and then ofcourse its nothing like they advertised on tv so you have to go for the bigger and supposedly better.
A salesman calls from Themeware wanting to sell us something we really knew nothing about a website. He was really good as he got us to take the bait saying oh there are step by step lessons and there are people at support you can call all the ** that went with it. 89.95 a month right out of the checking account. The SMC products that went on the site really looked good but when I tried going through the lessons please I had no clue. I called for help no luck.
I finally stopped the payments coming out of our checking account. The calls started coming from them then the judgement. We paid 500 dollars to an attorney who knew nothing about this company and we settled for a $3500 settlement which we are paying 150 a month to their collection company >>Nixon Beal and something else in OKC. We still have this worthless website that I am trying to work on but I still havent a clue/ Somebody please help me !!
