Kyle Lemcke,
Accepted a bid from Hurricane Irma for the exterior of my roof. After he accpted the check from my account he never showed face and took the money. Literally lying to my insurance compamy. The total of money he took from my insurance totalled $7,500.00.
He continues to not pay his workers and he is in Miami, Florida now working with no license here in the State of Florida. I have 4 people that can testify about the habitual lying of this gentleman.
I urge people reading this not to hire him. He will still from your home and also, he is a con artist.

This report is completely one sided and inaccurate. First thing I want to put out there is that I never recieved one penny from Ms. Torres. Every payment that was recieved for the job that I preformed was directly from Setarus the mortgage company. The job included multiple repairs to the home interior and exterior. The Insurance company accepted my proposale and suppliment following the insurance company's adjusters report. Also, in order to recieve any payment inspections were performed by both the mortgage company and the insurance company. Workers were paid accordinly and I have licenses in both Nebraska and Florida. The insurance and mortgage company wouldnt approve my company to perform these home repairs without them. The homeowner also filed a BBB complaint against me stating that I stayed in their home to help me out which they did, but I was not a random person they just met I served in the Army with her fiance and have been friends for over 13 years. They also stated that I only performed the bare minimum of work and pocketed the rest of the money. Also, this is untrue. I feel I went above and beyond. The insurance company wouldnt approve all the repairs that I performed, but I did so without asking for any payment.
I am attaching documentation to show what was required from the insurance and the actual repairs that were performed. The homeowner is dilerberaly making false claims becasue they didnt recieve and money themselves. As stated in the complaints against me is say "He literally did the minimum work to pocket the money for himself." Arent you supposed to follow a scope of work and do only what the insurance company pays for? Are you supposed to pay the home owner for the work that your company performed? Also, claiming that she wrote me a check from her account and never showed face is 100% false, again 3rd party authorization forms were signed and approved along with a letter directing all payments and draws be paid directly to Lemcke Enterprises LLC. Also another fact is that the home owner never paid their deductible of $3,309.00. Lastly, Ms. Torres referred me to multiple people to do work for them. and then month later filed false claims once the claim was closed and found that she was not to make any money. It all comes down to the homeowner thought they were going to make money off their insurance claim.
