Koons Chevrolet Sells Lemons ripoff ripoff business from hell White Marsh Maryland
I was looking for an SUV when a salesman brought me a 1999 Isuzu Rodeo.It was dark, I test drove it and it seemed to be OK. I went home a ran a Carfax report. It stated the truck failed emmissions in New York. The truck was in an accident that was never reported as well. We noticed a few days later that the exhaust pipe was black. We checked the oil and it was a quart low. The following week we check it again, another quart low.
The Check Engine light came on. We took it in to Koons and they could not find anything, so they shipped it out to Al Packer Isuzu, they only found the PCV valve. Picked it up on a Tuesday and the Check Engine light came on again Thursday. Took it to Nationwide Auto World and they asked why haven't they done an oil consumption test? Take it back to Koons and let them do it.
I have never received such unprofessionalism from a car dealership in my life. I have a car that burns oil and they knew it when they sold it to me and they are giving me the run around and don't want to fix it properly.
