Kiwano Shark Innovations Failure to refund $1,000 purchase, failure to ship, failure to respond to emails and block on social media platforms after negative feedback Miami Florida
I purchased a Kiwano K01 Scooter over five months ago. They provide blog updates that indicate they are having manufacturing issues and will only ship a solid product. So the shipping dates continuously update. When asking for a refund, they fail to respond. This company is a scam and I highly advise not purchasing from them. Because of their failure to respond, I've resorted to leaving public messages on social media platforms. The following day, I was blocked on Facebook from commenting on their page, and sending them messages through Facebook messenger. Me being blocked, should be proof enough that this is not a reputable company for you. If it isn't answer me this, why would they not provide me a refund on a product that I have not received for five months. I've also left public posts on Instagram which have not yet been responded to. I repeat this company is a joke. I wish there was some way to recover my money. I guess I should have listened to others rather than being captivated by their product that probably doesn't even exist.
