Kia knows of this problem but refuses to do anything, I have written to all US consummer people and no recall or help has happened

Brake Pads would not wear out that fast

Do you ride the brake? Seriously one set of bad pads I can see but not 4. This sounds like a driver issue. Have you had a mechanic(not kia) take a look? If it is mechanical(ie not pads or driver) it should be clear and in fact you as the driver should feel the problem(brakes always on or a pulsing when braking).
