I visited your drive thru at 6:14 pm on 3-01-13.  I ordered a 2 piece original meal, both breast pieces, with mashed potatoes and cole slaw.  I also ordered a 2 piece extra crispy meal, both breast pieces, with mashed potatoes and cole slaw.  The original chicken meal came as ordered, however the extra crispy meal came with one breast with very little breading (I think it must have been the last one in the pan and the reason I think that is because the other piece of chicken  they gave me was a wing), and the other piece was a wing, when I had ordered breast pieces all the way around on both meals, and on the receipt they have it right, it was just not right when i got it home.

I did not have time to go back up there that night, I just ate the one dismal piece of chicken with very little coating and I still have your wing, you can have it back, no one will eat it, we eat breasts which is what we ordered.  I made an online complaint the next day asking for my piece of chicken that I ordered and paid for.  I have received no response on my complaint.  All I want is my extra crispy chicken breast **that I paid for**.  You can have the wing that I didn't order back.

I am not asking you to replace the dismally breaded chicken breast that I ate, I just want what I ordered and paid for.  You ripped me off, then I complained and you ignored my complaint.  I still have my receipt.  Until I get my extra crispy chicken breast that I paid for and you *****ripped me off*****, I am going to boycott KFC, as well as tell all my elderly relatives and my friends and neighbors (all of whom live in this area, I grew up here) how you ripped me off, then I brought it to your attention and you ignored it instead of trying to make the situation right.

I am also a parent helper with the scouts, I will make sure to let all the parents there know too that KFC, not only do they make mistakes, they don't care and don't want to make it right when they do.  I do not feel I am being unreasonable.  I am not asking for cash and I am not asking for replacement of the whole order.  I just want the piece of chicken that I ordered and that I paid extra for.  You can have your wing you mistakenly gave me back, no one will eat it anyway, we only eat chicken breasts, that is why we ordered and paid extra for breasts.

Why are you hanging on to the wing?

It will not grow into a breast you know.  Throw it away and act like an adult.  I know you will not go to the resturant because you don't want to appear foolish complaining about a piece of chicken that is not worth the effort.

You are expecting people(most likely teenagers) who are getting paid minimum wage to be 100% perfect 100% of the time.   As an adult(and for you I use that term loosely) are you really going to say that you never made a mistake?

As for them not getting back to you.  Well first, you didn't find it important enough to go back to the restaurant that night, you never even contacted the restaurant directly.  You sent an "on-line" comment the NEXT day, where who knows who you actually sent it to.   But you have gone one step further..you refused to eat the wing(I guess because those are below your high standards that everyone expects from KFC), but you just didn't throw it away you actually still have it and will gladly give it back to them.  So why in this 8+ days have you not personally gone back to the restaurant and asked for your piece of chicken?
