Kevin Windham, a so called cannabis property finder, ripped me off for $2,000. Kevin Windham scam artist who told me I would get a list of properties that he claimed he already had, Kevin Windham ignored my calls/texts for 2 days, then sent me a text telling me, " dude relax be patient, You need to relax it has barely been 2 day's, and your check barely cleared yesterday. You need to relax and be patient, I will send you over a list of properties tonight."
Kevin Windham never sent me a list. This text was after I asked for the addresses of the properties he claimed he already had. Kevin Windham is now refusing to do the services he claimed he would do, is not responding to any text messages after telling me to " bring it" when asked for my money back after his refusal to comply with his contract. Kevin Windham lists his properties on a site 420property.com/author/kmw/ If you see these listings or are thinking of using him for finding a shop for your dispensary, think again. I offered Kevin Windham $500 of the $2000 deposit to keep after doing absolutely nothing he promised, and his reply was only " whatever man, you are not getting anything from me, peace homie, and I'll see you around" complete scam artist ripping people off for their hard earned money. Now he is refusing to even go by California state law of my right to get out of his so called contract. Kevin Windham is now making me take him to court over this matter. Kevin Windham is a scammer, do not use Kevin Windham for finding a dispensary location, cannabis store location, medical marijuana dispensary building, cannabis warehouse, marijuana building, you might as well write a check to the IRS. Kevin Windham is a scammer Beware.

He is a licensed agent and you can report this to his company and the bureau of real estate.
