Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I recently purchased a few phones from this woman at this store. When you go in there, they seem nice until they take your money, try to make you lie for them and then turn on you very quickly. She lied to us, saying that the phone rebates would be applied to our bill, not true at all. There is a mail in rebate that needs to be processed through Sprint.

She also wanted us to lie and say that we worked for Hewlitt Packard to get a 25% corporate discount. (Of course, we didnt do it). She lies, says that she is the customer (uses their personal information) and calls Sprint placing demands and lying about different issues to work to her benefit. Then, when you have a problem, watch out. They got quite nasty, using foul language and screaming at me when we figured out that we were on the wrong plans, that the rebates would not be coming and that our phones did not work. She yells to go to the corporate store when there is a phone issue.

So, once she gets your money, she is done with you. it took hours of phone calls and confrontations with Sprint to fix the mess that she made. I ended up losing about $300.00 in this whole mess and got what we suspect to be used phones that were sold to us under the pretense that they were new. When you walk in there, you can see her mess of a desk and there she is sitting in the middle of it, yelling at Sprint that she is someone who she really isnt and her staff calling and scamming people right out there in the open.

At the point that I realized that this was going on is when I went to pick up my "new" phones and had already paid. She refused a refund, that is the only reason that I took the phones. They threatened to make charges on my credit card and I had to cancel my card and put a passcode on my account in order to make them not have access to my information. I am so disappointed and irritated. They are horrible to deal with!!!

Andrea'a friends must have lots of time on their hands for Rip-Off- Report!! Only 1 complaint honey in 7 years of service with Nextel/Sprint. When you said that I "stole" your credit card why didn't you file a police report on me? I would love to know what I possibly could have charged on your $300 credit limit credit card. Be careful who you try to belittle it will come back on you in 2009!!!

Ok one thing Kelley.. when you mentioned the discount she was all in?? So you are admitting that you told her to pretend she worked for a company so she could get a corporate discount?? Wow.. that's really honest of you. You need to be shut down.

Well to comment on ANDREAS negative information that she left...by the way her name is Andrea NOT Jen from Aurora. I have worked with Sprint now for 7 years and have never experienced anything as negative as I did with her. Andrea's boyfriend has been coming in to my store now for about 3 years and is the nicest gentleman that you could possible meet. How you deal with her, God only knows. She brought him into the store with her when she came to buy phones for the both of them and obviously she has some trust problems with him because she had to whisper to me her passcode. He was not aloud to hear it nor was he going to be able to pick up the phones that I ORDERED for her from the Sprint warehouse. No Andrea your phone was new in the box when I received it. You left here with a BRAND NEW in the box phone. What you did with it after you left here is not my problem. When you came back 3 days later with a broken phone...that YOU broke I sent you to a corporate Sprint store so you could get a new phone the same day. That is when we were acting civilized. I explained to you that I am an Indirect Dealer and I would have to order another phone and that it would take up to 2 days to get you a new phone. You spazzed out disrespecting me and my employee. As far as the discount goes...wow you were all in when I mentioned it!! What happened???? Did you get home and realize that you couldn't afford the phones and wanted to take your mistake out on me? You were given paperwork at my office with the prices of the phones and guess what...you signed it on 9/22/2008. I have proof...DO YOU? Please be careful when you try to make someone look bad honey especially me a single mom with 3 kids and an elderly Mother that counts on her business and has grown up in North Aurora.
