Jones Harley-Davidson new 2 year warranty has cost me $735 so far Little Rock Arkansas
I bought a new 2004 Harley Roadking from Jones Harley Davidson with Harleys new 2 year unlimited mile warranty. So far the bike has not run properly for more than three days and it has cost me $735. Now the dealer refuses to work on the bike. So I reported it to customer service and consumer affairs at Harley in Milwaukee.
They say they cant do any thing about it. The bike is fuel injected and runs terrible. The bike misses and stalls when pulling into traffic. The mechanics say the computer shows no errors so there fore there is no problem. The service manager at Jones Harley in Little Rock even wittnessed the bike missing and stalling and still says there is nothing wrong with it.
During this whole ordeal with Jones Harley of Little Rock, I was treated as if I had the plague. The wouldnt return my calls,and showed no interest in finding the problem.
Word of advice,Dont pay in cash for a new bike from Harley. Finance it through them and if it is bad, let them have it back.
If you are traveling through Little Rock and break down, have the wrecker take you to the next town with a dealership that dont belong to Jones Harley Davidson.
