Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Jon and I had just had a baby when he told me that I needed to co-sign on an auto loan for a truck or "he was going to leave us." I was suffering from post-partum depression when he threatened me. Feeling threatened and helpless, the loan was co-signed by me.

Jon then used the vehicle to leave the state of Arizona shortly after. The truck has not been seen since the incident and its location is unknown. Possible location could be in Texas. Jon has since defaulted on the loan and left me as a single mother to his child to repay the remainder and have my wages garnished.

Jon has done this to others in his past. He gets individuals to cosign on loans and leaves. He is also known for not paying his taxes and "running from the government" by only having a job for a period of time before his wages are garnished for back taxes or working as an auto painter "under the table". He will then go find another job and work until they "find him" and garnish his wages. Jon has caused extreme emotional and financial turmoil to me and other individuals.

The actual truth

So as my ex would like to say "poor me", it isn't anything near how it actually happened. We got pregnant after 2 months of dating. Close to the end of the pregnancy I proposed to her and wanted to make things right. I had mentioned moving to Austin a couple of times and finally she agreed. I quit my job in Phoenix and wanted to get the truck to start my business back up in Austin. We fought a lot, as many probably can guess, because we didnt know each other well. One night I come home from the gym after a huge fight and shes drunk while watching our infant daughter, then smashed my golf clubs, tries to slash the tires on the truck (which she willing signed for), and punched me in my jar. After not calling the cops like I shouldve, she kicks me out with no where to go but back to Austin (I asked her 3 times if this is what she really wanted). Why did I HAVE to go back? Because I had already quit my job, btw she had a job in Austin twice and turned it down, after I quit my job I couldn't get an apt or anything because I didnt have any income. So I moved to texas where she basically stopped communicating and still wont let me be apart of my daughter's life even after begging her. That's the truth. Did I make mistakes yes, did she play an equal part in it of course, but i never would threaten her and she's the one that committed domestic violence on me. Her and I both know what really are the facts, but one of us is really good at playing the victim. Sad part is our daughter suffers because her father wants to be in her life, yet her mom wont let that happen and will do anything to stop it.

YOU very freely agreed to shack up with this loser. Now you are seeking sympathy playing the unwed mother card, Perhaps you should spend some time now learning morality rather than simply shacking up with some guy!
