Jgspiess Inc. - Joanna Spiess and Terrie Freeman Joanna Spiess Big Time SCAMMER BEWARE Delta, Ohio
Joanna Spiess and her group of "Co Bandits" have a unique way of building trust then ripping you off, she uses the kindly grandma act and ill husband routine to a tee. Her co-horts in the rip off game are in Michigan and Florida.
In Michigan she works with Rick Featherly who runs Wolverine Asset Management, and in Florida she works with Lisa Newman, of LKN Funding and John Bank of Firstrust Financial Group to bring her business and use industry lingo to keep people hanging on with minimal questions.
Once she and her group have them, that is when the requests for additional funds starts happening, when your project can wait no longer and you need to move forward or lose everything.
I know of a man that has lost big time and is in no mind to take any more of these people and their crap. Just beware, in all you do.
The more the scams happen the more sophisticated the scam artist become, making their stories believable, playing and praying on your emotions to make sure that they get their way.

at no time have myself or my company ever taken upfront fees. For some reason, i do not know this Sammy and if the deal she is talking about is RRI, it is being funded in a few days. the delay has been with the dollar amount, it has been increased. this deal came thru one of my employees and my attorney will be tracing this down for futher action.
the other 2 were false reports from a company called Commercial Capital that took upfront fees directly and did no funding what so ever. I have the name of the Detective should you want to call to check story.
again i cannot stress how disturbing and resentful this entire situtation has brought to me and my family. i have an excellent reputation and when people speak before they check things out should not be allowed to put things like this on the internet.
