This business is unprofessional and is unorganized. Everything about the business and how it's handled is a big lie. I purchased the clear stilettos shoes in March 11,2018. Here we are in April 18,2018 and I still haven't received my product it hasn't even been shipped yet. I purchased the shoes thinking that I will receive the shoes a lot sooner within the same month. On the website it says after order is processed your order will ship within 3-5 business days. My payment was processed the very next day $213.54. I called during the business hours which is 11:00 am to 6:00 pm on March 20,2018 to see if I will receive a confirmation email for shipment but no answer.

I got a call back later on that same day and the lady told me my item will ship on April 5, 2018 and that I will receive e-mail confirmation. I told her that her website says 3-5 business days after processed payment. So you take my money the next day but now I can't get it till sometime next month. She said something about the factory has to get everything done. So I told her the shoe hasn't left the factory yet. I then asked the lady why are u selling items that you don't have in stock? You need to go back on the website and put sold out until u have them available for people to purchase.

It will be less stress on the employee and less stress on the customers. A couple $100's of dollars may not be a lot to you but it is a lot of money to the customers who are purchasing these products from your company. Its a guessing game because the owner is giving out wrong shipping dates and the owner/employee are very rude and unprofessional. I asked for my money back she said " Nope we don't do Refunds" the way she said that was very rude and unacceptable.I told her on her website it didn't say that.

I go back to review and screen shot the website a few hours later and now all of a sudden her website is updated and now it says no refunds. This business doesn't care about the customers they just want to take everyone's money. You process the payment right away for items that you don't have available. Then you tell your customers no refund when they didn't even receive the item as expected and the item hasn't shipped yet. That is beyond pathetic. Horrible experience, horrible service, horrible business all around. They don't even send out an order update to the customers so the customer has to play the guessing game.
