JESSICA LINDSEY LEARY DATE OF BIRTH APRIL 23, 1986 IS A THIEF. JESSICA LINDSEY LEARY took property from her own Grandparents and refuses to return the property. Jessica Lindsey Leary is a THIEF plain and Simple. She also has an ARREST for SHOPLIFTING in the County
During our Investigation it was stated to our investigator that the Grandfather RICHARD SMITH did contact Jessica Lindsey Leary but SHE refused to return the New Car they purchased because she claimed ...she need it more.... She has held the vehicle and refuses to surrender the vehicle to her own GRANDPARENTS who rightfully own the vehicle.
According to our investigation Patti Leary the mother of this PRIZE ( Jessica Leary ) was contacted by the grandfather which is his daughter. Patti Leary the mother of Jessica Leary refused to get involved. How do you SCREW your own father ? Don't you have any respect5 for yourown parents, your name, your family ?
Patti Leary according to sources is seperated from her husband BRIAN LEARY father to Jessica Lindsey Leary. When he was approached by the GRANDFATHER RICHARD SMITH he refused to get involved. We looked into BRIAN LEARY and found COURT RECORDS of previous ARRESTS for SHOP LIFTING in COUNTY RECORDS. It seems this trait of take what you wan t ..when you want it runs in the family blood. It is no wonder Jessica Lindsey Leary is what she is... look at the family. There is a saying.. The eggcorn does not fakll far from the tree. What a family.
We contacted Jessica Leary and upon our duiscussion on the car, she hung up. We then tried to contact the NEW boyfriend Thomas Kelley a 24 year old white male date of birthMAY 17, 1987, who Jessica Lindsey Leary is currently living with, and this toad refuses to discuss the situation and had the GALL to say " they needed the car more than the gradparents" and quickly hung up on our investigation team member.
Jessica Lindsey Leary is a Thief by any name you want to come up with. Jessica Lindsey Leary will abuse, conive, manipulate those she wants to, in order to get what she wants. This is someone has has no direction, no sense of values, no self esteem, no sense of pride, no sense of directions in life and seems to live for the moment in time and has no direction of what is next around the next turn in life. What a way to go through life.
It is our understanding through our Investigation Jessica Lindsey Leary is only a HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATE... but.... she signed up to take courses in the dental field as an assistant in a dental office in some courses, but when it was found out by the school she was ARRESTED for shop lifting they discharged her from the program. She can not apply to any programs due to her previous ARREST.
Jessica Lindsey Leary has NO SHAME, NO REMOARSE, NO PRIDE, LITTLE concxern for her own values or her family, has no respect for anyone but herself. How do you SCREW your own Grandparents ? How do you take life as people owe you ? How do you take from your own family and when they ask you for the vehicle back you hang up on them ?
You are TRASH plain and simple. Its all about Jessica Lindsey Leary. Your grandfather and grandmother are older people and you... have brought trouble into their lives. These are two Senior citizens and most of all your own flesh and blood you have SCREWED over because you are out for yourself.
I guess your parents are and were no example of decent people - look at where they are in life now. Some example they set for you. It is no wonder life throws you scraps and you manipulate life and even your own fleash and blood to get what you want.
Nobody owes you anything in life Jessica Lindsey Leary. you are a Thief and you will be dealt with life the thief you are. Our investigations Team has contacted the Pasco County Sherriff' Department. You will be dealt with accordingly. If you are stopped by The Pasco County Sherriff, The County Police or a State Trooper - you are going to be ARRESTED...
The car is not registered to you The car has no Legal Plates belonging to that vehicle...who ever those plates belong to is going to be question and if they belong to thomas kelley, he has contrinuted to the crime and is going to be ARRESTED. The car does not have insurance under your name and can't be registered nor insured. Should you get into an accident, you will be ARRESTED. Should you injure anybody you are in for JAIL TIME. Should you get into an ACCIDENT you have then placed your GRANDFATHER & GRANDMOTHER in HARMS WAY of possible ARREST and a LAWSUIT for any injuries or damages, which the injured may suffer and that injured party will take them and their home to COURT.
Have you NO SHAME... NO DECENCY... NO RESPECT... NO REMORSE ? You are going to bring yourself into the trials and tribulations of the LEGAL SYSTEm without a doubt in my mind. You are going to drag others into your downfall very soon. Those like Thomas Kelley will eventually fall with you. Why he is part of this conspiracy it is beyond my comprehension why he is willing to put himself in jeopardy. If he was smart, he would surrender the vehicle before he is dragged into legal turmoil that you created and have putb him in harms way bu your actions. again, its all about jessica lindsey leary. you have put him in a dangerous situation, whereby he may face ARREST because of your actions.
Thomas Kelley, I would surrender the vehicle to RICHARD SMITH or this OFFICE while you are still not involved with what JESSICA LINDSEY LEARY has done. She has now put you in HARMS WAY and if the Sherriff's Department, The local Police or the State Troopers STOP that vehicle and you are in that vehicle you are going to be ARRESTED along with Jessica Lindsey Leary.
Walk Away ... NOW... before this brings you into HARMS WAY. She is going to drag you down with her. You can always get another Girlfriend Mr. Kelley. They are a dime a dozen and out there for the picken. You lived before Jessica Lindsey Leary entered your life... you will have the time to meet more women coming and going into your life. Jessica Lindsey Leary is a TEMPORARY stepping stone in life. There will be better opportunities for you. Use your head, you don't need a conviction on your life from a women who is only going to bring more problems and grief in your life long after you two break up and move on to better opportunities. This is not a person you want to get convicted of a crime for which will follow you throughout your life. There is an old saying... And this to Shall PASS.
DON'T GET CAUGHT UP IN HER TURMOIL. IT IS NOT WORTH GETTING THROWN INTO THE
COURTS OR LEGFAL SYSTEM FOR. It will follow you the rest of your life. You think it will bev easy finding a job with an Arrest record - TRUST ME- yOUR GOING TO REGRET It. You are only 24 years old . Don't throw your life vaway for a peace of a*s that you will most likely look back on in years to come and say... boy was that guy right... thasnk GOD I listened to him. Get rid of this before its to late.

Are the schools that the OP went to, since whoever the OP is, they can't spell worth a d**n! And the business about gramps being liable for accidents, as another pointed out, is idiotic, as long as he reports the car as stolen. And as far as the "eggcorn" (sic) falling from the tree, there was more than one tree involved here, and gramps and granny formed one of those trees.

I too hope they sue the pants of this outfit in District Court! LOL!
What a bogus report. If the situation is as stated, all the Grandfather has to do is file a report with the police for unauthorized use and the father is NO LONGER LIABLE for any accident the car is in as well as having law enforcement pick up the car and/or the granddaughter.
I suspect that the facts in this report are less than accurate. My guess is that granddad cosigned for a loan for the granddaughter and now the car loan is in default and the lender wants it repoed.

This is the 2nd report on these people you have filled out. You do realize what you are doing is Illegal. You are discussing personal business with these people in a open forum. I hope they sue your a*s!!!
