Jeff Norton Design taking deposits under false pretenses against work that will never be delivered ripoff Kenosha Wisconsin
Jeff Norton approached me in response to an ad ccommissioning freelance work on ifereelance.com. At first he sounded very plausible, and well qualified. Time dragged on and he failed to provide any work. He then went into a whole routine about being ill - promised repeatedly to refund the deposits (3 x $300 total $900) on 3 jobs. More excuses for not keeping his promises, then phone lines, emails and website vanished along with Jeff Norton.
Over a period of time it has become apparent that others suffered exactly the same - there is little doubt in my mind this man set out to commit fraud. I have so far encountered 4 othervictims who have also lost in the same way I have... I can provide emails, contracts and details of the original bank payment (made out to his girlfried - Sandy Skinner). He is without dishonest and will continue to pull this scam if left unchecked.
As far as I am concerned the man is a liar and a theif and there are plenty of others to confirm this. Do not deal with this man.

I am pleased to update my original report on this site to say that this matter has recently been settled to my satisfaction.
I have been repaid in full with interest, and received a suitable, genuine and appropriate apology.
