J.D. Marvel Products Inc. cashed my check dated 9/29/03 but never sent the merchandise. New Jersey
This company advertised in the Sunday section of the Daily News and I responded by sending for 3 pair of moccasins for the total amount of $16.95. My check was cashed on 10/7/03 and two bank names are stamped on the back of my check "BTAmericas 515 Union Blve. Totowa, NJ (973) 389-4825)" and "Bank De Montreal 20031006 Montreal Quebec". I have no address or any other information about this company but, in good faith, sent my check and, to date, have still not received the merchandise. I hope you can help me and many others, I'm sure, who have been cheated by this company.
