J.D Byrider & CNAC ripoff Mesa Arizona
I bought a car from J.D. Byrider, a 1997 Mercury Sable in July 2003. This car value was worth 4,000 that's being modest. I was finaced at a 25% rate. At the time of purchasing the car I got paid every week, my pay dates have changed to twice a month. Because I cant pay every other week, I not only get charged 25% but I get penalized more for not being able to pay every other week. They do not offer refinancing and no other company will refinace because I am triple up side down . My pay dates changed and I get penalized for that, It's going to take me even longer to pay the car off. This should be illegal to sale a car double of its worth. CNAC- Jeff in the Mesa office is one of the rudest people that I met. I never have a problem paying my car note, but my pay dates changed so I am unable to pay every other week. He sends me repossesion notes and threatens me every month. They are unwilling to assist me in changing my payment plan, which causes me to pay like 30 t0 40% in interest
