Chef Jamie DeRosa from Miami Beach has never paid sales tax in his two failed Miami Beach restaurants. He has county sales tax liens in excess of $100,000! Before abruptly closing both of his Miami Beach restaurants he stiffed almost all his venders(Sysco, etc.) and employees money that was owed to them! He is a "cereal” scam artist, he has been trying to make a living by taking other people’s hard earned money and using their funds to afford his overextended lifestyle all the while not paying his employees or venders! To open these restaurants he raised hundreds and hundreds of thousands of dollars from some notable investors and in turn didn’t return a dollar to any of them! He has no knowledge on how to successfully operate a restaurant on his own. He has never owned a successful restaurant! Don’t invest with Jamie! Don’t let him squander your hard earned money! Beware of fraudster Chef Jamie DeRosa at all costs!!
