Jad Morris and his former mail-order bride, Svitlana Kwee, are the absolute lowest forms of life. Claim to be Christian philanthropists, and meanwhile try to steal as much as they can from their friends and neighbors. These two have a long string of civil and tax cases and unpaid judgments against them, and at least one bankruptcy in the case of Kwee…

But don't take my word for it, the AZCC has pulled the background together quite nicely and details the many schemes used to scam people, including the eldery, out of their life savings. Completely disgusting:

There are several things that I will address to clear up your confusion regarding owning a business, advertising and credit cards. 1. When and if I have ever contacted you (since your identity is hidden) after receiving your cd's and filling out your independent contractor forms, I give clients suggestions that they can choose to participate with and purchase or decline from. Customers are not "conned" into purchasing advertising. They make a choice to do so. So there is an understanding to everyone on this site what each advertising campaign creates for a new business owner, I will break things down individually. A. TV commercials: Most people understand what these are and see them everyday. But for those of you who think TV commercials are scams I am helping you understand they are not. A commercial is a non-governmental advertising message aired on radio or television. It is a form of advertising that can be used on TV. Clients purchase the commercials that have been created by the companies associated I worked with for a personalized custom experience that can be shown on different channels. Each channel has a specific amount of customers that view it monthly. The more popular and viewed channel the more expensive it costs to air a commercial. All clients purchase commercials and sent on a DVD to represent to broadcast station. However if a client doesn't air a commercial that has been used before by others, then nobody can see what is offered and advertising and therefore no viewers will appear at your website on the internet which creates no chance of possible income. How many times did you air your commercial purchased?? My guess is none.. B. Radio Commercial Links: A radio link is a form of advertising use to enable potential customers have the capability of watching a TV commercial or Radio commercial on their website on the internet. This requires an installation process that can and may take money involved depending on the depth of customization involved and required. Chances are your Radio Commercial Link was a customized Radio Commercial Link which can sometimes require thousands of dollars to create. I am not sure exactly how this is a scam.....Maybe you can help me understand where you are coming from but most people realize these are things that have been used for a long time so if Radio Commercial Links are a scam then that needs to be address to all the radio stations and commercials who have made billions of dollars using the same methods you had access to in your business with their websites and in their companies. 2. As far as the credit cards are concerned: Every educated business owner understands there are different ways to set up a business that is started. Some of the ways a business is set up separates liabilities from you personally and can but not always include person business debts. Business investments are tax deductible and have separate tax liabilities as well as credit liabilities if started properly. There are several books along with internet education to learn how to do this. I cannot get you a credit card with 0% interest in a business because for one the credit cards are in your name. That is considered illegal. Another reason I am not a credit card adviser or consolidator. They are the only people with the legal background to help you with your credit cards with your permission. Third reason I cannot do that is the approval of business cards depends on your personal credit at first because it is a new business and has no credit. However many times credit card companies offer 0% introductory rates for up to a year that doesn't mean that is what you will get. I cannot control a banks decision regarding your credit and financial habits if you get denied. All I can legally do is give you suggestions on ways to invest and save money on your credit cards if everything is approved; but you are the one that has to do what is suggested. So I never conned you regarding credit cards or scammed you. You even admit that I told you that you had to do it yourself. There are commercials aired on some stations or on the internet for millions of dollars a second. You invest $20,000.00 to have your commercials receive everything produced and created the way you suggested by the companies I was associated with for your business. Maybe there is a possibility you never followed through on your end on how to make money with these advertising tools. If I am a con man my friend at least I am an honest one.
