***DON'T PAY ATTENTION TO THE FAKE PAID REVIEWS*** I contact this company because of the reviews (BIG MISTAKE) I was told over the phone by Sherlene ext #328 that I would have to pay $150 for install because of the type of Car I have (2012 Mercedes) I agreed. I went yesterday (May 20th 2017 @ 10:am) to drop my car off i asked the spanish lady at the front desk was it a $150 she said yes i have your ticket right here i asked her can I pay now she said no after the installation and to come back in 4 hours because it will take 4hrs to install I got a phone at 3:12 pm that my car was ready for pick up I got there at 3:30 and asked to see my car I was told I had to pay first which I agreed she hand me my documents and my bill was $205.18 I was so pissed because I was told $150 flat so i asked why my bill is more money after she and the rep told me it was $150 she said something in spanish and then told me she thought it was $150 but she wasn't sure. I sign the papers and PAID the amount and was escorted to my car the jamaican mechanic man told me how to use to the device while they all watched and my car would NOT start after trying 6 times my car would NOT cranked up. I'm asking him what's going on with my car and he couldn't answer and told me to leave my car until Monday and they will contact the company. So now I have no car to get to work. I will wait until monday If my car still won't work I'll have to choice to get a lawyer. Now my car don't work and I was tricked into paying first before seeing my car. RIPPED OFF

So on Monday May 22 my car was still NOT working nor ready for pick up smh. USA Auto care told Sherlene (intoxalock Rep) my car was ready BULLS*** and told me my car wont be ready until Tuesday (another day with no car) the manager Amber called me ext 419 advise me she will credit my account for the difference because I was over changed and I didn't have my car. And also if I could update my review I agreed but my attorney told me no because I don't have my car and to wait until I get my car back and working. I went the next day to pick up my car and it wasn't ready smh I had to wait 45 mins on my car and the people at USA AUTO CARE was so rude when I got my car to start my battery DIED. After getting my car home it started to rain I try to turn on my wind shield wipers and they DON'T WORK im beyond pissed. I contact USA AUTO CARE and advise the man what's going on he told me to bring in my car tomorrow (Thursday) THIS IS RIDICULOUS. Not to mention my attorney told me that INTOXALOCK has complaints and class action lawsuits smh I see why
