Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
First, I applied to this company for the customer service job in April, sending my resume thinking it was legit. Same day, I received the official letter stating I was offered the job. So I was thrilled, because job hunting was fierce and I was on unemployment. So, I was told, like everyone else that followed this company, that it will take 15 business days to get everything prepared to start work.

In May, I called the division for the tracking number for the headset, which I paid $85 for and they took the money out 3 business days after I did the e-check by their internet system, and I spoke to Tim. Tim explained to me that the headsets should be sent out and coming by UPS 2-Day Air, so I should received it within the next week. I thought, Okay maybe the headsets were on backorder and they're going to be shipped. A week past, I didn't receive no headset. I called again, regarding paperwork, and I spoke to Darlene (she called from a Philadelphia cell phone number) and she said she will sent it out to me a.s.a.p. I asked her what's going on with the headset and she transferred me to the voicemail of Shantee' Williams, who I think never checks her voicemail for nothing.

I left Miss Williams numerous messages and within the next week, my paperwork finally came. I filled out everything, still thinking this was legit, and had my mother faxed the papers over to them at the hospital she worked at. Then, I haven't heard anything since then and this was going towards the end of May.

June arrived and my uneployment was finished by the 1st. So, I was getting impatient because I needed a job badly. So, I finally emailed Miss Williams on numerous occasions. Then I received an email from Harnell Freeman, Corporate Trainer, saying she will train everybody and address concerns to her, not Miss Williams. I was like fine, we're getting somewhere. Then, she gave me a date on training, which was June 7th at 10 am, via teleconference by phone through an email. June 7th came and 10:00 am past, I woke up thinking she's calling me. I went online, checked my mail and found out that she already did the training. I got upset because she gave me false information. Then I emailed her and said I miss the conference, I want to get trained since I waited for a long time. She emailed me back saying she understand my concerns and will do the best she can. Then suddenly, I received an email from an unknown source, telling me to check this website (ripoffreport.com) and peep the scams Independent Wireless are accused of. So, I got very angry and confronted Mrs. Freeman, Ms. Williams and Kevin Chambers in am email. Mrs. Freeman called me, with an attitude, saying we are legit, someone is sending you a virus so delete the email. I told her that Yahoo got a virus-detected service with emails, so why do she think they sending me a virus. Then, she went off, with a bigger attitude, telling me they're legit and I had a choice: either I want to get trained or they will refund the $85 to me.

I was stuck because I was actually on the phone with her. So, stupid and undecided, I agreed to get trained. She trained me for an half hour, thinking she was giving me proper training. Ms. Williams and Mr. Chambers sent me emails saying that is bogus and I should worry about earning money. I am not no golddigger. I am a young woman who wants to work, but jobs aren't calling me after resumes sent or even called the jobs, leave messages and don't get a return phone call. I was depressed because bills need to get paid. So, Mrs. Freeman said by Wednesday, she will emailed a start date or if there wasn't one available, then she would emailed me anyway. So, then weeks went by and now it's July.

I emailed Mrs. Freeman at her personal email address and the account was suspended. So, now I am impatient, angry and cheated out money that could been used paying off a bill. So I emailed Mrs. Freeman and Ms. Williams the last 3-4 days and told them, If I don't get no answers, legal action will be taken.

I am telling everyone my experience with this company. They are full of bs and don't let them get anything out of you until you know their company is legit. Don't make the same mistake people did and I did with this bogus company.
