INDEPENDENT WIRELESS SERVICES & TARGET STAFFING USA from monster.com rip-off! This company took my money. Philadelphia Pennsylvania
I found this company at monster.com. They were looking for customer service reps to work from home. So I send my resume. About five minutes later.I received an offer from them.They also send me information of what I need it for the job.The equipment that I need it to buy for the job.
I need it a VPR system in my phone line. It cost$125 and headset that was an additional $25. All this would be done in about 15 business day. Someone was going to call me, to let me know everything was ready and I could start my training.
As the days went on and I wasn't receiving anything I call, but now no one would answer. Finally, I receiced an e-mail with the training date and the time. I was happy because I began to think, this is not a ripoff.
They tell you that you're going to get an one on one training but when I when to webex that's where training was going to take place. There were 5 of us.The trainer never show up.
It has been more than a month, and still no headset, VPR, no return calls or anythig. This complaint is everywhere or it sould be, because many people were scam by this company.
What I need is help. Someone that knows how I can get my money back.Someone that knows how we can all stop this people.Also prevent other from becoming victims. Maybe I haven't been clear enough but I know that the people that were scam know what I'm trying to say.
