imperial consumer services rip-off $259 a the date 10-21-02 west palm beach Florida
i, dont write good english but they do that to me too they took 259 from my bank and i have nothing back to me is 01/03/03 and i still have nothing i been call them at this number 1800 588 0558 only what they says "i gonna give you message to them and te call you back in 24 hour and they never call me" idont not what to do thank you..

The Imperial Consumer Service called me for a credit card. Because I dont know English language perfectly, I said them: send me a written form to read before any other steps. They didnt sent but took $257 from my account on Nov. 11, 2002 and did not sent any credit card too. Two months ago I called them and they said go to the bank and request to reverse the charge. I did. But they didnt the money back yet. Please guide me what I must do.
