IFloor Overstock Flooring in Mukilteo, Washington won't stand behind product, incomplete inspection that they want me to pay for, fracturing floor that they just say sorry for issues mukilteo Washington
Avoid, Avoid, Avoid.
They will NOT stand behind their warranty or product IF EVER you have a problem.
so I couple months after installation, the engineered wood flooring in my newer home started to split/fracture on the ends..It was long acclimated in kent, Mukilteo, my home, etc. and installed by their contractor Lion Heart who did a proper job ...Sales associate Jared and Sara and even the West regional mgr Dan Flynn who was in my house, all say that should not be happening and we have never seen that happen before with your product...lots of head knodding from them to yes file a claim...that is where it goes all wrong...instead of working with me to amend the situation, they turn it over to their claim rep who works out of his Nevada home Aaron Hizey who with much prodding etc get an inspection company based out of Georgia (that protects Ifloor) to look at my floor and conclude its not bad flooring but just the 'environment'...no humidity checks or go under the floor in the crawl space and no interest in looking at the cross section of the unused boards for flaws etc....terrible inspection! they say sorry for your issues, charge ME for the near 500 buck inspection and try to push me away while the IFLOOR warranty is touted best in business...there is not even a company brand name on the boxes...ifloor wants you to go after the manufacturer....fraud!.
