Purchased a NordicTrack Treadmill in February 2014.  The treadmill itself is great, whereas the IFIT compatibility function does not work.  I have troubleshooted with IFIT support for almost a year now and the response is ALWAYS 1)IFIT is a really simple product so sometimes your internet security settings will scare it and it will go into error mode. 2) It's not our problem, it's your router/ISP settings (even though it is not) 3) IFIT is very simple and is not comparable to Apple products so WIFI issues occur because we aren't as "high tech".  It has been 11.5 months of dealing with IFIT support and all we ever do is troubleshoot that leads to no where.  By all means if you're in the market for a treadmill, NordicTrack is great BUT do not purchase one that has the IFIT function because more often than not, if you look at all the reiews online...it will not work.  You will have paid $99 for a subscription that doesn't work.   And after all that is said and done, I wonder why NordicTrack would ever think of collaborating with such a product? Don't waste your money, by the NordicTrack exercise equipment without the IFIT function and all will be good.  Otherwise, be prepared to be on the phone and emailing IFIT support without a resolution for the whole duration of your IFIT subscription.  BOOO!
