Hope Now Modifcation LLc Stole our money Cherry Hill New Jersey
We were having trouble keeping up with our house payments,we have a 2nd mortgge and we heard about hope for homeowners, I knew it was a program that the president could help homeowners who were in trouble with falling behind on payments,so I decided submit information and someone contacted me the next day from hope now so I thought they had me submit my wife and my information all our personal information then they told us that we had to send almost $1,900 to the lawyer fees and for back taxes and we sent them in 2 payments that but us behind in all of our other bills.
This started in November 2008 they told us not to pay the mortgage so that help us pay some other bills like my dtr. braces get a new door and other things that we could not get done. They kept telling us that it will take 60 to 90 days to get everything in line for the modification.
Well I have been trying to call them for weeks because I got papers from my mortgage company saying that they have started forclosure procedures. We fax them the papers and we have not heard from them. I now know that I got ripped off now I am 5 months behind and I am sick to my stomach thinking that people can take advanatage of people who aready hurting.
I m now $7,000 behind in my house payments, My grandbabies are depending on me to keep a roof over their heads, to look in their eyes and know that we all might be living on the streets is very devastating. I am now working with the real hope now alliance(HUD) thats who I thought I was working with in the first place. hope now modification llc is not who they say they are theytook that money not only from me but from my kids and grandkids I hope they can sleep at night knowing that people are putting their hope in them to save their homes and they are forcing people to lose their homes and they are putting families on the streets.I hope they can live with themselves.
