My loan was sold to tms/homeq 1997. Homeq has done a number on me.They always want money. My payments always goes up. They are forclosing on me because they said I am 20,0000 behind I have been making my payments. They increased my payments from 711.90 to 989.95 a difference of 278.05.

I received a letter in may of 2005 stating the payment was changed. They forced me to get there insurance. I had my own insurance when they increased my payment I could no longer afford the home owners insurance I had which was better coverage.

I borrowed 49,000 in 1996 My balance is 41,000 how can that be .They are just taking my money and I will never get them paid off. I don't get statements. I'm just sending money and don't know how it is being applied. I still owe basically the same as I borrowed nine years ago.I called them to set up an arrangement. They said I did not meet the criteria for a repayment plan they first told me I could.

I got a forclosure notice in the mail this week. Now i'm starting to get letters from lawyers to file bankruptcy. I did that before when homeq forclosed made satisfactory payments as they instructed me. They sent me a letter jan05 stating my account was current.

Now eight months later they say I owe 20,0000. They also state my account is 4 months behind I have all receipts. They want to take my home. How can I stop them? I want to start a class action if anyone is interested that got ripped off by tms/homeq. Now my account has accured late fees and other hidden cost and attorney fees. This is a corrupt company and they have to be shut down and stop ripping off consumers.
