Hollywood Profiles cheat, lie, unresponsive, rude, unprofessional, unavalible, West Hollywood California
I heard about hollywoodprofiles.com from the pennysaver and decided to call and try it out. There was a $100 register fee that was refundable (thats what I was told when I called) and a monthly fee. I cancel the services because it took a long time for me to finally log in and create my profile and also once that was done I still had trouble logging in half the time. Plus, the casting call list just took you to another website where you had to register with them. After several failed attempts of emailing them (since they don't response to email and now I notice they actually took their contact email down from the site) I called them about my refund of the $100 and they said it was non refundable, I told them I was told by the guy I talked to I forgot his name and told the rude black guy that I still am entitled to get the refund since your employee told me I can and that its his mistake that he told me i can get a refund if I canel in 30 days (which I did, in fact I cancel in about less than 3 weeks of their services). He said no and talked to me like I was stupid so I ask for a supervisor and after holding was then hung up on then I called again and someone else picked up. I told them I want to hear the recordings of the coversation (since I'm entitled to by law when they record the conversation on phone for quality purposes. They said ok it will take 3 days to get the tapes and then send them to me or call me back. They never did and I never got my $100 back. DON'T REGISTER WITH HOLLYWOOD PROFILES THEY ARE RIPPED OFF PLEASE LISTEN TO ME I'M TRYNG TO HELP YOU FROM BEING SCAMMED!! They are also being sued right now by entertainmentwork.com because hollywood profiles goes to their site and copies their casting calls to their own sites and use entertainment works number without them. Entertainmnet work is also a rip off as well. I will file a report about them soon as well. If their are any lawyers reading this and have a suit against them let me know I will glady help you bring them down and have them burn in hell.
