Hh Gregg Don't purchase appliances from hh gregg they are junk and the warrenty is worthless Bowling Green, Kentucky
Less than 3 years ago my husband surprised me with all new stainless steal appliances from hh gregg. When he purchased our new fridge, microwave, convection stove, and diswasher he was told kitchen aid was the best. All the appliances he bought that day were kitchen aid except for the LG microwave.
A year ago our ice maker kept freezing up and we would have to use a lighter to thaw it out to get it going again. Now less than 3 years old our ice maker doesn't work at all.
The convection fan went out in the oven so now nothing cooks like it should. Everything burns on top and doesn't get done in the middle. So now I have to bake everything on 300 degrees which takes forever!
Most recently our LG stainless steal microwave won't heat anything but on the upside the toaster on it still works. Yippy!
The standard warrenty for hh gregg appliances is one year and my husband even purchased an extended warrenty which they say they have no record of. Imagine that. The manager I spoke with couldn't even find my microwave and stove purchase in the computer which seems odd considering everything was bought on the same day.
So anyway we are now stuck with some very expensive appliances that haven't even held up for 3 years. And we are looking at some expensive repair work with no help from hh gregg.
I do not recommend buying anything from that place.

Just an FYI this company didn't build these appliances. So how can you hold them at fault? It would have been the same if you bought them at Lowes Sears or your preferred place of shopping. The clerical error on your warranty is one thing, which is amazing that when somebody has trouble with appliances they "always bought the extended warranty" I usually find that not to be the case though. Maybe you should be taking out your frustrations with the manufacturer???
